shipping and handling

Shipping costs will be charged.
Packing costs are free and we do not ask handling charges.
Parcels will be shipped from Tokyo, Japan.

payment

Price in the catalogue are retail prices in Japan, taxes included.
We accept payments by postal transfer or bank transfer.
All details including account number will be sent by email with confirmation of your order.
When your payment is confirmed, the products will be despatched.

returns and refunds

We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return
an item, we only accept a refund or exchange the bad condition of products. Therefore please be sure
your size before placing an order.
If you wish to do refund, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. It has to be before
sending back your item.
The products have to be sent back to us along with your initial invoice within 7 days.
In case of return, shipping costs are at the customers' charge.
